Refund & Return Policy

1. General

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the conditions listed below and receive a refund when applicable.


2. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

For online purchases, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period, starting from the day you receive the product.

During this period, you may:

  • Return your order in full or in part.

  • Cancel your purchase without providing a reason.

Important: Hygiene and food safety regulations apply; see exceptions below.


3. Products That Cannot Be Returned

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or damaged packaging of capsules/supplements

  • Opened saffron packaging

  • Products with broken seals

  • Products damaged or contaminated after delivery

Only unopened, unused, and undamaged items in their original packaging are eligible for return.


4. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.

  • The return shipment must be sent within 14 days of approval.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged upon arrival).

  • Returns are sent at your own risk. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Please contact us within 48 hours at [your contact email].
Include photos of the product and packaging.

We will provide:

  • A free replacement or

  • A full refund


7. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive:

  • A full refund of the product price (excluding shipping)

  • Issued to your original payment method

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.


8. Exceptions

  • Sale or discounted items may be non-refundable if stated at the time of purchase.

  • Business or wholesale orders may be subject to different terms.
